Trail FAIR Society’s Family Services has partnered with Mental Health to deliver a Motherwise Post Partum Depression and Anxiety Group.
Motherwise will run Thursdays from 11:30 – 1pm at Kiro Wellness Centre starting March 15th. It is a 10-week group offering support and education. If you or anyone you know is interested please pre-register by calling Kristine Forbes at the FAIR Society at 250-364-2326 ext 230, or the Intake worker at Trail Mental Health at 250-364-6262.
Moms can bring their babies, but we are requesting that childcare be arranged for other older children. A subsidy for childcare may be available for the family. If you have any other questions, please contact Kristine at FAIR.
