Castlegar Check Up Centres
The Family Action Network of the Lower Columbia works with community partners on a variety of projects. The most recent project is the Check Early Check Often Centre creation in Castlegar and area.
With funding from the community initiative fund, and in collaboration with Castlegar and Area early years service provides, there will be four places in the community that will be available for early developmental check ups. These four are as follows:
- Robson StrongStart
- Silly Monkeys Childcare Centre
- Kootenay Family Place, Bright Beginnings
- C.O.I.N.S
Robson StrongStart
Robson StrongStart is a certified Castlegar and Area Check-Up Centre Location. To participate in an early child development check up please contact them for an appointment.
Hours (by appointment only):
- M 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- T-F 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
