“It takes a community to raise a family and families to raise a region.”

What is it?

The FAN membership program is a means of incentivizing giving to help our organization continue to support families in the Lower Columbia Region.  Becoming a FAN member provides engagement opportunities as non-voting members in exchange for donations in the form of membership fees.  The fees from the membership program support FAN’s work as a community navigator by providing families the information on how to access support services and programs in our community. As a FAN member you will be provided specialized ‘perks’ and engagement opportunities to thank you for your support.

Membership Benefits

 

Bronze Level: $25/year

  • A local only discount card to businesses and programs in our community
  • Advance notice of any FAN-sponsored event, such as Ages and Stages Events
  • An open offer to sit as ‘parent representative’ at our Parents and Families Task Force
  • Member exclusive annual FAN report, providing updates via infographic on projects and successes

Silver: $75/year

  • Advance notice of any FAN-sponsored event, such as Ages and Stages Events
  • Listings of programs/events on our online FAN Calendar
  • A link to their organization’s website on the Sponsor page
  • Up to 3 blog posts profiling a program or event via our website and e-newsletters (over 200 families receive our e-news)
  • Up to 3 Facebook and Instagram shares of a program or event
  • An adhesive decal to be displayed at their professional office that identifies them as a member of the Family Action Network
  • Member exclusive FAN report, providing updates via infographic on projects and successes

  • Up to 4 blog posts profiling a program, event or service via our website and e-newsletters (over 200 families receive our e-news).
  • Up to 4 Facebook and Instagram shares of a program or event
  • Profile on our Sponsor page section of our website with logo and link to webpage
  • Free print publications such as a growth chart poster and developmental wheel magnets that would directly benefit the families they provide service to
  • An adhesive decal to be displayed at their professional office that identifies them as a member of the Family Action Network
  • Member exclusive FAN report, providing updates via infographic on project sand successes
  • Ability to provide feedback on projects, programs and services that FAN offers
