Family Action Network will hold its Annual General Meeting on March 16 at 12:30 pm (at the Skills Centre, 1060 Eldorado Street Trail BC or virtually through Teams).
This year’s AGM is particularly important. The meeting will include a facilitated question-and-answer period to allow members and prospective directors to ask questions of the current Board about governance responsibilities, organizational context, and the path forward.
The AGM will then proceed to Board elections. If sufficient governance leadership, including a Chair, is secured, FAN will continue operations under a newly elected Board. If not, members will be asked to consider a special resolution to dissolve the Society, in accordance with the bylaws and applicable legislation.
Newsletter subscribers are considered honorary members of the Society and are eligible to vote at the AGM.
