Shopping in the downtown cores of our local communities with children just got three times easier! FAN, in partnership with the host locations, is very pleased to announce the opening of three new Easy Peezy Family Washrooms in our region.

By the end of March, Rossland will add two new downtown locations and Trail will open another Easy Peezy Family Washroom PLUS. The Plus indicates the addition of a comfort station for a caregiver with an infant who may require a quiet place to feed and diaper an infant. This brings the total of Easy Peezy locations to three in the downtown core of Rossland and two in the downtown area of Trail.

The new locations in Rossland are Laundry Dog Laundromat and City Hall. In Trail, the new Easy Peezy Plus location is at the Trail Health and Environment Program Office, at 1319 Bay Avenue in Trail. When parents see the Eazy Peezy logo on the door of a local business or organization, it signals the presence of a clean, accessible family washroom. Caregivers know that they can use this washroom without having to be a paying customer or attending a program in that location. The owners of the host locations have signed an agreement to offer their washroom to families because they realize the importance of supporting families in our region.

Parents with little ones are invited to attend The Trail Health and Environment Program Office Grand Opening for their Easy Peezy Plus location on Thursday, March 31st at 12pm. There will be cupcakes to celebrate and a few photo ops too.
