Movement is the theme of this last Family Zone at the Trail Market on the Esplande. Come visit Lacey from Fruitvale Strong Start and Christy from FAN this Friday between 10-2pm.
The Family Zone at the Trail Market on the Esplanade has been a big hit with families this season. Community partners such as the Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy, COINS, Kootneay Family Place, Trail Health and Environment Program, Interior Health, CCRR and FAN have enjoyed providing a fun, safe place for families to visit while enjoying the Trail Market on the Esplanade.
Last week, we had our inaugural “Zucchini Car Races” and for this final market, we will host a StrongStart program in the park with Lacey from StrongStart in Fruitvale. Our theme for this final week is ‘Movement’ and we will have lots of fun activities and toys for your little ones to enjoy. As always, there is information on local programming, services and organizations who serve families available at the Family Zone.
