Local costume exchange program. Drop off at one of the bin locations, Rossland Library, Trail Library, BV Library. Bag and label with your name and contact information. Once all the costumes are washed, fixed up and ready for ‘shopping’, you’ll be contacted to come and find a new to you costume! All drop offs will receive a VIP access to the shopping event!
All sizes welcome, baby to adult. Castlegar location will be used for the shopping experience on October 21 and 22, actual location TBD.
