Register to receive your Bingo card within 24hours & start doing activities on the Bingo Card.
When you complete your card email picture to chantel@familyactionnetwork.ca (see rules below)
RULES
TWO WAYS TO WIN A GREAT PRIZE!
1. Submit completed BINGO cards by midnight August 31, 2024 by email to:
chantel@familyactionnetwork.ca and you’ll be entered to win one of three amazing prize
packs.
Please submit only one entry per family. We’ll give you bonus entries for each BINGO
line (any direction) you’ve completed!
2. If you wish to be entered to win the GRAND PRIZE, a black out bingo is needed (the
entire card completed). Share 3 photos of you doing the Bingo activities from your card.
Your photo entry for the Grand Prize must be emailed to
chantel@familyactionnetwork.ca with ‘Grand Prize Entry’ in the subject line.
• If you are unable to do an activity (i.e. picnic in the park) other options are accepted
(i.e. picnic in your yard)
